Nick Penfold
GM Development
Nick joined Switchboard Solutions in 2014. With a reputation for being a “Jack-of-all-trades”, Nick uses his wealth of experience and delivery of successful outcomes to manage the business’s growing sales and marketing, property, HR, business development, quoting and job management requirements. His “can do” attitude and ability to ensure seamless delivery at the highest standards have helped grow the company’s reputation as a trusted switchboard manufacturer.
Nick loves a good, strong coffee, so if you’re close to the workshop and need a fix, pop in and get Nick to make you one!
David Penfold
GM Operations
David was a founding member of Switchboard Solutions with Mike Penfold in 2008. He manages our mechanical control division, quoting large-scale projects and providing financial oversight of the business.
As a qualified electrical engineer and registered electrician, David can assist with electrical issues and equipment failures in addition to designing and installing large-scale electrical systems.
David loves his American muscle cars and is still working on that collection!
Mike Penfold
Director
Mike founded Switchboard Solutions and has been in the switchboard manufacturing industry for over 55 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in switchboard systems and switchgear and is well-known and respected in the industry.
Whilst semi-retired, Mike is still available to discuss switchboard issues and requirements. As a registered electrician with a registration number containing only four digits, we think this proves his experience ….or age! In his spare time, Mike can be found on his boat fishing, diving or spearfishing.
Jason Graham
gm Production
As a registered electrician and the Production Manager for Switchboard Solutions since 2016, Jason is the principal link between the workshop team and our administration. He spends most of his time ensuring the smooth process of all manufacturing work to meet client expectations and timeframes. His work is instrumental to our continued success and growth as a company.
A typical bloke, Jason loves his sports and sports memorabilia and has an ever-growing collection of rugby jerseys.
